Just to let you know. I have had four separate conversations with your absolutely atrocious staff member on the phone. I asked for contact details for you as I order from yourselves weekly and have done for a long time. I am a food safety auditor and have worked in the food industry for over ten years. You are losing a lot of customers because of her attitude. I know of at least three couples that would back me up. One couple travelled from Cookstown regularly sometimes twice weekly and paid for delivery on a number of occasions won't return because of her attitude. Absolutely disgraceful to speak to someone like that in a professional setting and I will not be recommending your restaurant to anyone. I think it's a shame that she feels so comfortable knowing her job is safe she can treat your customers any way she wants. Good luck to you in business with that.
