i called for a quote just for an idea in july 2016 for my daughter who would be turning 17 in the coming weeks, when she did turn 17 i called again to take out insurance and they were to call me back, its now 22nd of september 2016 and after several calls to them there still is no answer as well as no complaints dept and to top it off some guy come on the phone shouting at me and wouldn't let me speak to the owner, and you never guess what they said, "they will call me back very shortly" OMG are they serious. I just got of the phone with caulfield in cookstown i have my daughter insured and the policy paid for in full after 15 min and no stress
