We arrived on saturday the 9th june for an all day events schedule to celebrate our sons upcoming 12th birthday, 10 kids ( all 11 years old) and three adults, staff are so outgoing and happy smilie people who enjoy their jobs, the kids started at 11am with tree top adventures, zip lining and treaking through the tree tops, leaps of faith, shackled into safety harnesses they loved it, feeling adventurous and safe, super event, 12pm had quick drink & snack ( we brought our own) then onto Archery, Rodeo,wall climbing and Bungy trampolene not a miserable kid in sight, big awesome smiles all round boys and girls, our group loved every second, stopped at 2.30pm for BBQ we hired the swiss BBQ hut ( at only 20 for 2 hours when booking an activity) completewith fur rugs & charcoal, we brought our own goodies, great set up even let us bring our car over from the main carpark which is across the road, to off load ( the access for people from the main carpark is through a footpath subway under the road- cool) two lovely picnic benches outside the hut for our use, looking on to a huge grassed area which other groups were having team building activities and BBQs, party huts dotted around but none too close, great big LLamas yes Llamas sitting a round the whole area , you can take them for a walk, soo utterly cool, some fencing areas with deer to pet, chickens running around, nice coffee house & a wee gift shop, they do have a food hut for burgers chips etc and a huge place indoor to sit and eat, but the option to bring our own was fab, people just sitting around , picnics galour, lots of tables, glamping pods further up the vally, lots of people about but no feeling fussed or crowded( wheel barrows for carrying your stuff) even a little lake for some water activities, one the nicest places we have visited in northern ireland, the kids in our group and adults had a super safe, fantastic day which is a memory we will all not forget in a hurry, it was a push to get them to leave at 4.15 an hour over what we had expected, there was no asking us to leave, plenty of staff around if you needed assistance, public toilets very clean and central to everything, baby changing etc, totally fantastic place for all the family & friends, we saw a 30th birthday party, a 6 year old party two Hen parties who were Zorbing up the hill, and three mixed age family parties, and you wouldn't have guessed at all there was so many different types of parties going on, was a bit worried when saw the hen parties but nothing at all to be worried about, everything is so well organised for indoors and outdoors, nobody milling around just loads of people doing their own thing enjoying the JUngle, totally reccomend it for any age super super day out from Mr & Mrs Ball newtownards county down
Grandchildren loved it! So did I. Great fitness day out plus food and camping over night if you want it!
Kids and the parents loved the Christmas wonderland. We go every year and it is well organised with lots of things to do and lovely presents from santa.
Fantastic place for all ages, atmosphere is so good, ideal for families who want a relaxing enjoyable time, everyone is friendly & welcoming.
Great night at the Christmas wonderland. The staff really make the event. Very friendly & helpful. Kids enjoyed seeing santa and a story from Mrs Claus. Met the gruffalo too. Plenty to see and do. Highly recommend at any time of the year.
